Great company to work with and on time w/ excellent communication.  My technician, Andy Weiberg, was highly experienced in septic systems.  He was professional and did a great job explaining all the repairs/issues. Septic tank repair today was done with courteous, responsive and professional service and I was very pleased.  One thing I'd like to mention is that when the crew showed up at my house, they weren't wearing any masks; even though I had on two to protect myself.  I don't know what your company policy is for this, but it bears mentioning that masks should be mandatory when visiting your customers, especially when you have to get close to them to sign the pad, give them your credit card and get the final booklet for the repairs.  Other than that, the service was excellent!

Andy arrived to service my septic system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Andy took the time to explain the functions of my system. I'm a first time home owner. I felt very informed and prepared for my next service 3 years in advance. My services as well as my interaction with the company all together has been a wonderful experience. I decided to call Charlotte Septic Pros due to prior experiences with other septic company's and I figured I'd give these guys a shot. Oh boy am I glad I made the call. Starting out with the excellent customer service on the phone to these guys showing up ready to work. I was surprised how well this company communicated through the whole process. Everything was transparent and the level of education I received was outstanding. I really can't say enough about these guys and their dedication of going above and beyond. I highly and would only recommend septic blue if your want the job done right.

Jason was very professional and helpful...spent quite a bit of time explaining how the system works and was very careful and cognizant of the landscaping.  Worked quickly and with a smile, even though the day was rainy the going was a bit muddy.  Suggested ways to make it better and easier to pump the next time, which I appreciated.

Dallas Cooper just did a much-needed repair on our septic lines and we are back in business! He showed up on time, was professional, and explained the entire process from front to back. He also answered all our questions and took care to make the yard look nice after he had to do some digging, GREAT EXPERIENCE!

On the first visit there were utility line issues he alerted us to and we were able to resolve those for his second visit.  He explained the issues found with our old tank and helped us make the best decision regarding the service.  He and David listened to our concerns and completed the work efficiently.  They were both personable and pleasant to work with.
